This is ridiculous. Too bad for him. Get over it.(I wonder, though, if she can only claim so much and this hocus pocus husband thing came up as an option). As far as the reason it has taken two years - I am sure it is b/c of all of the lawyers involved in stretching it out so they can get the bigger payout for themselves. I believe she should be compensated somehow (you get a free meal when yours comes out less than desirable kinda thing), but $100k (minus atty fees) seems a little out in left field to me.
