I believe that is illegal!! is the child okay? what mother would do that! did the mother get in trouble???

yes thank god the police were called and dhs were notified. she has drug and alchol problems big time.but dhs has done nothing to help the children...... so sad.also to inform everyone that it is manatory for the police to report it to dhs.
