Oh I just wanted to add this man is not working now so he is not earning money to pay state income tax,no driving so he isn't paying excise tax, etc.,etc. So not only are our taxes going to pay for a innocent man to be in jail he's not being able to pay taxes to the state of Maine. So we will all have to make up for that. I guess the next time we see our law enforcers we can thank them for keeping us poor and making sure they all have job's no matter what the cost.

You can't keep a man in jail for what he think's! Can you? If so where all in trouble. I say we send the bill for keeping this man in jail for 9 years to Hunter, Adams, Collins, Kelly, Caribou Police Dept., MDEA office, I bet if they had to pay the bill he wouldn't be in there! I sure don't want my taxes paying for this!

isnt he intiled to a new lawyer?did anyone contact the general attorney office his number is in the phone book. he can tell you some options you may have and ask him to review the case. we pay these people wages they work for us the americans. do not stop keep talking and asking qustions it is everyone right.let us know what we can do to help..i dont know this person but from being an outsider sounds like wasnt liked. dont dont give up....

I've been reading about this for about the last couple of week's and I feel sorry for this man. I don't know him but he has done work for my husband and my husband say's he's a real nice guy and he was alway's very pleased with his work. He said he was alway's happy go lucky and never had anything bad to say about anyone. I still don't understand why he is in jail?

Somebody from the outside needs to come here and clean house! I'm not worried about the criminals anymore it's these people in position that scare me! They think they are god's and can't be touched we need to be following them and see what they are doing up at the lakes in the summer and at our local bars in the winter!And why are their kid's that do drug's never arrested they are just sent down country Mr. Adams?

to make a complaint or concern about the da callboard of overseers of the bar leagal i called . the . .i hope this helps. we are trying to get justice done for that little baby that drowned in fort . we feel the da is not doing their job either.let me know how you do .they wou7ld not alow me to type the phone number.. go to goverment listing in phone book before yellow pages pg three first row half way down page

why would people waste our money to put people in jail for marijuana possession when they could just go to get help? The way i see it is that the real people who should be in jail are the murderers, sex offenders, and illegal immigrants.

Just a update it has now been over 3 years and at $75.00 a day ( and I think that's a low figure) we are now up to $82,125.00 to keep a man in jail for something he never did!The judges let sex offenders out in 3 months(if they even give them any time in jail) yet keep innocent people in jail and this is what we the taxpayer's are paying for!There is no justice in the state of Maine!
