Ex-officer pleads no contest in crash
A former Windsor Locks police officer pleaded no contest to second-degree manslaughter Tuesday and is to serve more than five years in prison for an off-duty accident in 2010 that killed a teenager who was riding his bicycle.

A fifteen year old boys life is only worth a five year sentence? No justice there, should be 15 years Atleast.
