...but then I'm not privy to the details of the story. Just happened across this forum. I don't know the kids, what they claimed or what the Deputy did in delaying any action. I just hate to see over reaction from Detroit assuming Columbine type intent.

I'm not mentioning any specifics, but alot of people know what I'm talking about. I don't care who you are, if you break the law, you are to be held accountable. It makes me sad to see such repulsive goings on in our town. Everyone knows everyone, and we're all neighbors, and things should work accordingly. It takes only but a few to screw up what could be good, and should be good. The sad thing about it is, the nice guy will keep on suffering and paying for those who choose to be the idiots.

We have a very corrupted legal system here in the grate North Mi. region and if you make waves, you will find your self on the dirty end of the stick with entrapment of one kind or another. and you cant even turn to the Att.Gen. off. because they tell and fill in to the accused, person who and all info on the accuser. of an issue. you have no protection, if u file a complaint on any legal peeps up here, report a judge, lol, a lawyer,lol, a prosacutor..double laughs..a cop..think not..silence sometimes is golden for the one who bites his tongue..I have a friend who was a cop in another part of the state, he came north to work wanted to live in the area, the new job found him a cop some cop enamies quickly when he wouldnt go along with a situation he knew to be unjust, they {his coworkers} tried to frame him on some crap as a lesson..he quickly left his employment and moved to a better law biding community. trying to change this through the voting system is fruitless its bigger and deeper then you can imagine...

its not what you know but who you know. Its the name and take a look at history and you'll see a pattern of boys from the family getting in trouble but always finding a way out of paying for it.
