Four men injured in shooting at Rosemead restaurant

Asian gangs are becoming more violent. I guess their chow mein wasn't cooked right.

Forty years ago, their parents were shooting at American GIs!

I wonder what prompts such behavior and it may be that they mistake freedom for license.
We announce to the world that we are a nation of personal freedom and when they come here think they can and do anything they wish to do and that includes crime and violence.
Perhaps we should instill in them the rule of law so they can contribute to an orderly existence and improve our domestic tranquillity.

A woman in Co. couldn't have her personal licence plate made ( ILVTOFU ) cause it was deemed too sexy, she's a vegan and loves tofu. These asain resturants and other bussiness's have names that are in some ways offending. Why does city government allow this and others you can't even understand cause they are written in their writing not American letters.

I was on my way to Del Mar ave heading westbound on Garvey and I passed by there about 7pm. The surrounding area does not look like a typical gang infested area. Guessing it was as syndicate hit?

Damn asians. Get away car was a Honda Accord.

As long as it is Asians shooting Asians, I don't mind.

Cops think that way too. If gang bangers are shooting gang bangers that is OK. When they start shooting innocents, then there are problems.

I live in Walnut and am just waiting for the Asian gangsters to begin shooting up the city.

I wish they would move out.

I sent a local restaurant listing to columnist Dave Barry about this restaurant years ago. He replied with a postcard telling me I should seek professional help. I-Swear-I'm-Not-Making-This-Up !, as he would say in his columns regarding stuff like this.

every day in East Los, people don't go into
restaurants or stores shooting wildly. Usually
when there is a gang incident, police and
several people know which gang is responsible.
It may be crazy in the varrio, but there is more
unity than any other side of L.A.

I guess you think when gangs kill each other society benefits, right? What about the families of the dead, and what about the innocent folks who witness these crimes? Do you feel they are better off when they see someone laying there dead? How is witnessing violent crimes good for anyone? I seriously doubt police are ok with murders, regardless of who commits them.

What a terrible job. They go in the restaraunt and start shooting at these people and don't even kill anybody. Obviuosly ametaurs, they were too scared to get up close for a kill shot, or their eyes are too tight to see. Fricken gooks. I understand their getaway car was actually a riksaw, they also left behind a couple of flip flops on the floor that are being checked for DNA.
