I had the same problem, but just discovered how to delete them. Select the folder, then hold down the control key (MAC) while clicking mouse. I assume on a PC you may "right click"? Choose delete. You will need to delete once again when it's in the trash, in which it will prompt you, "Are you sure you want to delete everything in *that folder"? Hope this helped?

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with smartzone? I have not had email service for five days. Comcast tells me that there is a "problem" and that I need to be patient.

HI- I tried the suggestion for deleting/changing names Smart Zone email folders. It works off and on, in a random manner. Some folders I can't change names or delete... what gives?
