HI,YES OF COURSE I AM THE VICTM IN THIS CASE,ALTIONE WILLIAMS IS THE DEFENDENT,I'M WRITING YOU TO ASK THAT, WHY IS THIS DANGEROUS MAN ON THE STREETS OF PUTNAM COUNTY STILL AFTER HE WAS ON PROBATION, AFTER him harrassing me about the charges i put on him,and his discountinue to follow the law!!
