neighborhood hoodlums

There is a family in the East end of Norristown who moved here about 5 years ago from the West End. The whole family has records. This is a family with a woman who collects checks on these kids and defends all their criminal acts so she won't lose the checks. There are drugs in that house. The one who is about 17 is the worst criminal of all. His brain is fried. He has overdosed twice. He goes to Norristown High School and it is kids like this that give Norristown a bad name. He has been arrested for shooting up cars and houses with his bb gun and continues to do it. They all partake in these offenses in that house but he is the ringleader. They throw bottles of soda at house windows and cars. They vandalize and steal. The offenses are many. Would you believe this woman caretaker gets custody of these kids and she herself does drugs and exhibits violence towards anyone who dares reprimand her kids for breaking the law. She has older sons who are all in jail and now she is bringing up others to end up the same way. I blame her and her accomplice for the way that family has turned out. They should be arrested. I can't believe the State would give custody of kids to a family that promotes drug use and promiscuous language and actions. She and the boyfriend taught them everything they do and then she lies and says they are innocent even when they are caught red-handed. Hud sold them the house and placed everyone in the neighborhood in harms way. They did not care that they had criminal records when they sold them the house. This is our wonderful government. HUD is ruining neighborhoods. Norristown will never improve its image as long as there are families living here like this. They live off your tax dollars and spend your money freely on luxuries you and I cannot afford. HUD actually gives them the house since they forgive any money borrowed from HUD for the down payment if they say they can't pay it. And if they still can't pay it, then they will get assistance with the payments which means they get it for nothing. They drive around in their brand new cars. Where is this money coming from when they don't work? From drugs and our government. The person applying for a HUD house is supposed to be single with no man in the house. Well, there is a man in that house who is also a criminal who peddles his drugs and does not hold a job. Then do you wonder why this country is in the pridicament it is in now. Because of government intervention, you and I and all the responsible people will pay for the leeches that live off of other people's money without even working and earning it. What are they going to do when all the good responsible people leave town and they are left with all the criminals and illegals. The town is going to hell and the police do not do enough. This is serious since Norristown has one of the highest crime rates in Pennsylvania. And we pay taxes to live here to support all of this? What is it going to take to make this town do something to protect the tax payers against the criminals?

Hey now, just because someone is an illegal doesn't mean you can go and classify them as a crimminals. People like you really piss me off.

Illegal, or unlawful, is used to describe something that is prohibited or not authorized by law or, more generally, by rules specific to a particular situation . Those who break laws are exhibiting criminal behavior.

Drive around Norristown at about 11am, see who is standing around the streets, collecting welfare and public assistance. It's obvious who the problem is. That beoyatch was right back at the post even though she admitted in court that she discussed her next hit of crack cocaine while she worked there. The judge wouldn't even let her out to work there because of that, but the nasty beoyatch was back there on Sunday looking like the slvt that she is with a new black boy sniffing at her skirts. Hope he wears a rubber.

This caucazoid is a welfare beoyatch living in Ambler, PA, so not all the bad ones are in Norristown.

You are so stupid. How would you like to have your car run into several times on the same block by those illegals driving drunk? There were four caught in one weekend, after hitting cars, a tree and other property. Then they didn't have driver's licenses, registration or insurance. Get back on the short bus for a reality check!

I'm pretty sure you are talking about my neibhors on S**** St. I agree with most of what you said about them but I don't think the husband is dealing drugs tho..
I know that she is collecting either Welfare or Dissability and claims that her 'husband' dosn't live with her so she can collect more money...
I read another post on this thread saying we should report these people to the proper authorities, but who do we report them to? I would be happy to do so if someone could point me in the right direction!These people are most certainly a blight in our neighborhood and take advantage of the system set up to help people in need.
