Workshops for women business owners

Does this federal program include instruction for women on the
art of knowing when to STFU????? If so, I'm all for it!!!!!!

"Women" owned business get a 10% advantage in bidding for gubmint contracts.(If they bid 9.999% higher than someone without the subsidy, they still get the job).

A friend of mine, who happens to not have functional nipples, occasionally does contract work for the feds. The business is set up in his wife's name, so he gets the subsidy. I'm sure that is how the law was intended.
