Nothing was mentioned about first mother locally, but there were rumors. Might not have a retrial if this was allowed to be presented. I also agree, don't give him the opportunity to do this again.......for a third time.

Seems he got away with the freakin MURDER of the FIRST WIFE.. but NOOOOO they don't talk about that! I happen to KNOW the daughter personally. This is really frustrating.

Didn't anyone (including the appellate court) see Forensic Files (Seeds for Doubt)? He was extensively interviewed (all he wants is attention?)- and is obviously a moron. She's drunk - but he lets her drive? The windows were closed - but her body was outside of the truck and her beeper was in the truckbed? He narrowly escaped the truck after it was in the water - but he was dry when the cops arrived? You should see the narrow opening in the guardrail thru which the truck, going 50+ miles an hour (by a drunk driver swerving to avoid a deer), made it without a scratch? Don't get me started on the 1st wife - I knew her and he tortured her for years. I just wish he would stop embarrassing and emotionally scarring his children.

I used to date the brother Thomas....and violence runs in the family, if I didn't get out when I did I would have been dead myself!!!!!!!!!!

I took him to court for not paying for a motorcycle I sold Him won ,and he threatened me in the courtroom ,and I arrested him at the time ,,I was a corrections officer ,and then the court officer supposedly went to try and have mt money deducted from his work check but he works construction and odd jobs no longer than a month at a time ,,,any info would help ,,and an ass whooping will be administered at the same time as collection ,considering the trashy family has no money the only collection will be th eass whooping! how the hell is he scarring the children. obviusly they aint scared cuz his father and ms.cardozo jus went to court for visitation rites to see their father. That is what THEY wanted(the children) i kno them personally and they really want to see their father. he is innocent!

Yes, I do know Tommys where abouts today. You can find him in Garwood, NJ stalking my house. He currently dates or something like that for the last 4 years MY sister. Everyone (police) in local areas- Garwood, Cranford, Roselle, Linden, Hillside, Union, etc all know about Tommy and his rap. The apple does not fall far from the tree is the best way to describe that family. His brother is a murderer and Tommy will probably end up in the same place as him one day I can only hope. He is a bad bad bad bad man and one day Karma will catch up to him but I hope it is not to late and he does not hurt anyone before it does. I happen to know for a fact that he killed his first wife... He bragged about it while threatening someone... this was before he murdered his second wife. I can't say too much more, but I've seen first hand what these people are capable of, and I hope they both rot in hell. I know that Thomas has been spotted working construction over the past two years. Good luck to anyone who finds him, he belongs in jail with his brother.
