First off i dont got time for this shyt, but honestly if ya dont know anything and didnt know none of the guys then stay out of it! like steven for real you have alot of growing up to do, all you saying is non-sense, unimportant facts! you dont even make sense! but i understand your opinion! i knew both of them, but i was closer to fuad, what fuad did wasent fucked up first off, second off marcos was the type of rebellious always! he was mainly a hang-out type of guy he didnt have his head on his shoulders fit in right, yeah at one point they were friends, not best friends but friends but fuad had stopped talkin to marcos because marcos was on some next shyt fuad was a dedicated type of kid, always thinking about his future, he graduated, he was a mommas boy he was a hard working young guy, he had no issues with no one, now marcos had problems with alot of people im not sayin hes bad because he aint but fuad had alot going on for him, and if he fukd that girl christine it was because she obvilusly wanted too, and it was already alot of time passed that marcos and her had broken up, yes persay marcos loved that girl but okay she didnt want to be with him..so why would you go and commit such cruelty over a girl that wasent worth it, ive been in a relatioship for 4 years, and i love my girlfriend to death but i wouldnt take nones life away just because of it! if he killed fuad , why didnt he killed her too> common sense right, fuad fukd her but so did she she open her legs and allowed it, so why did he had to pay for it?! regardless of the situation whats done is done, all that matters now is that all the youngsters think b4 you act, sometimes we loose our minds, and go crazy but death is something you wouldnt want to end up in! they were good kids! marcos could of just got on with his life, i mean fuad didnt care about christine anyways, like he had the love of his life (rina) that was and always will be, they were even about to get bakc together and get marry but no it had to end like this@! now we have two families and a girl who lost a wonderful guy!

i understand that yeah your brother might have been the best brother in the world but i have a problem with people going around shooting people yeah i know that i have no right to bad mouth your brother but gun violence on these streets have gone out of control just a little over a year ago my friend name tyron bergman was shot and killed on helena avenue in yonkers i rerally miss him and your right it's not your problem but it's her fault if you really look at it if she didn't play your brother or that other guy your brother and him would still be alive today yeah i think i knew your brother waitress at charlie browns right my grandparents used to eat there so they knew a lot of people that worked there the only thing i can say is i am deeply sorry for your loss and hope that you can find comfort in your family

As I read through these comments I'm realizing how sad the Yonkers community has become. I don't know either man. However I do know that there is a murderer & a victim. Fuad (may he rest in peace) decided he wanted to sleep with someone. This decision cost him his life. Is that fair? Where I'm from we solve these small problems by fighting not killing. I understand that Marcos has a family who is hurting and have no blame for his actions. However, we cannot praise a killer especially on a forum based on the death of the person he killed. It is not ok to argue or attempt to justify murder. What are we teaching the kids reading this with a broken heart. That its ok to kill. Regardless of the circumstances murder is murder. If some of these people claim to know and love Marcos, why not help him. It takes alot to kill someone. A crime in the heat of the moment is less cruel. But this wasn't so, it was premeditated murder. Marcos calculated his moves. From buying the gun then driving to this kids job then assasinating him. I am not glad that he has passed away as i would be no better to wish death upon another human being. However, I am glad that another killer is off the streets of Yonkers. I would fear for my sons, nephews, or any male I know if they were to be the next one to sleep with this girl. Would they have been next? Every negative experience has a way to be turned into a positive. We, as a community, should pay attention to the ones we love and any signs of depression they may have.

thank you steven! and i agree 100% with you about gun violence because i am completely against it. i wish the ciity would do more to prevent people from getting them illegaly but im not that president so what i say doesnt matter. and no my brother never worked in charlie browns. he worked for some other steak house near it but for 3days only. life isnt fair. not everyone is stable mentally like me and you. dats why we have so many violence cause people jus dont care about anything anymore.

Pay your respects and keep your opinions about what happened to yourself. We are all sad and all miss Fuad. He was an amazing kid. Let his memory remain untainted for those of us who are mourning the death, not the cause of it.
