I agree that the shopping carts are a terrible problem. Where we lived before store owers would reward people that retured shopping carts. I'm not sure if that would work. One thing is for sure it don't help the value of the nearby properties. Looks trashie.

It's funny SJ is totally dressing up their community while Hemet is crapping up it's. Good thing SJ refused to annex with Hemet back when.
SJ can save some $$$ by pushing the carts across the city line into Hemet. No-one would notice. |

Rob, I note your ISP is in Temecula. I work in Hemet and live in Temecula. The blight in Hemet can be contributed to one thing. The residents lack of committment to the community. You don't see carts in Murrieta or Temecula. That's because the demographic is different. It's not the "City's" fault it is the people who live here. Hemet residents are apathetic and just complain, they never take action. |
