Hemet Streets

The streets are terrible in Hemet! They are in need of bad repair. The city needs to fix them. The pot holes, cracks and crumbling pavement is horrendous. Maybe they could use some of the garbage money to repair them since they contracted that out!

Then they wouldn't have no money for their mercedes payment,or their 2000 dollar lunches.

No they are NOT in need of bad repair. Bad repair is what they always do. They are in need of some good repair. My street was annexed into the city about a dozen years ago and they do NOTHING for us except collect taxes, fees, and penalties and send code enforcement snooping around to see if we are doing something to improve our property without paying for their permission. The pavement on my street is only about one inch this and is full of potholes. After every rain, they send out a crew in a truck with some cold asphalt. One guy to drive the truck, one to supervise, and one to throw a little asphalt in the pothole and whack it once with the back of his shovel. My street looks like it's paved with leopard skin.

Santa-fe street looks like it went through pearl harbor,Girard too.

YOU all ever wonder who the city or county gets to do this work? I mean it has got to be the same company ....cause ALL the streets are in crappy shape. I mean contractors, road crew came out did the streets around here, months later you can't tell they were ever done in the first place!!

IF you going to pay out the money HIRE some one to do a decent job, and if they do not, get them back out and redo it.

They need to clean up some of these trashy people first

In Hemet, they are city employees. If Hemet would use independent contractors, they could get the job done quicker, better, and cheaper.

when did it cost less to contract out work. you better get some schooling. contractors are here and gone. they don't just do the work when you call them.were do you work or do you? if you are sitting back and collecting my hard earned money then maybe you come out and work for that FREE PAY CHECK!
