Gangs coming into East Hartford is nothing new. I graduated EHHS in 1987 and can remember at least two gangs that came over into East Hartford, The Savage Nomads and the Ghetto Brothers. Glad I live out on the country now. All I had to worry about it the occasional possum getting into my trash.
