Yeah!! Who needs jobs?? Obama will make us all 'one percenters' and everybody will love each other, and we can all smoke pot, and we can all watch Jersey Shore, and it'll be soooo GREAT!!!

There are many excellent physicians who do nothing short of miraculous work in their respective specialities.

But there are also many physicians who have to deal with the every day mundane routine of making knee jerk, "robotic" medical decisions, who too often treat the symptoms instead of the cause, who run too many tests and scans unnecessarily because they know they could be sued at any time for any reason while at the same time knowing every decision they make has to be approved and overseen by HMOs who also pay them.

There's something wrong with this picture.

Something you should know. If the republicans can take back the Senate and keep the House, they will for at least two years, be able to pass a budget that they want. You see, the President cannot veto a budget.

Gallup daily polling had the national unemployment rate at 8.2% just one month ago back on January 13 and has since soared back up as high as 9.1% for the survey period ending Sunday, February 12. It's now at 9.0% on the most recent survey (Monday, February 13). Even though Gallup doesn't account for "seasonal adjustments" like the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics does, history has shown that the monthly U.S. jobs report generally tends to move in the same direction as the Gallup survey
