Now I know that were I work it is not allowed for employees to take personal Friends, or family in company vehicles. So I was trying to figure out Why I always see city employees in city vehicles with there family and as they get out of the vehicle they are carrying walmart bags full of groceries now I dont know the employees name I just know they live in Colombia. Now is it wrong or are these other riders covered by the cities insurance Policies and its ok for their friends and families are allowed to ride along
