East Brunswick Police Harassing anyone?

Agreed on the South River Cops. I was stopped for driver 10 miles an hour under the speed limit at night time. The officer told me the law in South River is 1 mile over or under. WTF?? Is this true?

be pulled over for driving excessive UNDER the speed limit due to being what can be considered a traffic hazard...im sure the officer stopped you to see if you had been drinking....it is typical for drunk drivers to drive under the speed limit in an attempt to control their driving with impaired and slower judgement and reaction times....as far as the 1 under the speed limit...that sounds like a farce

Driving 10mph under the speed limit when the conditions are dark or raining should not be considered excessive but prudent and safe.

thats whats called an mitigating factor...and im sure police would agree with you on that...but if the road is clear and the weather is clear...it can be constured by police as a traffic hazard...and a good reason to stop someone...im sure most of the time one would not get a ticket but a warning...im sure attitude would play a big part...however, this is a tool that the police can use to identify the impaired driver, which im sure you want off the street so he doesnt T bone you or a family member : )

Some South River cops are very out of shape and others have tatoos like circus animals.

An east brunswick cop gave me a careless driving for parking on grass at the Route 18 market (Sam's Club.) and a tint ticket at the car meet. they just have nothing better to do then harras people that have no record.

im sure you arent including the entire story...you probably were peeling out in the grass, and last time i looked, tinted windows are against the law in nj so, harass....no.......do their job, yes....stay in houston if you dont like the policing in new jersey...oh and harass has TWO s's....so go back to skool...hahaha

i was hit by 3 cops cuz i was standing at my frends house and needed a cig so i asked my frend and they said it was weed and they all assaulted me

im not big on the race card... im going to do the MATH for you...

30% black/hispanic ... ok! 40% asian... yes everyone knows EB is populated LARGELY with asians. the rest caucasians...

30%+ 40%= 70% the difference being 30% caucasian... the same as black/hispanic and 10 below the asians... since you CAN'T DO the math on playing this race card.
