I am a "chronic" pot smoker who is tired of fearing i'm going to get caught with it in my car everytime i drive through EB. there are no good places to sit and smoke anymore because the cops are always popping up. the other night a friend and i were smoking on the monkey bars back by the commons at kingswood. a skinny eb cop that looked like freddy krueger came out of nowhere and scared the bejesus out of us. i never even heard a thing. all of the sudden he popped his little head up and demonically asked, "what are you 2 doing?" omg!!! he didn't arrest us because we were done smoking. i seriously wish marijuana was legal in this state. i only do it to relax. we should all get together and sign a petition so we can freely smoke our weed. right on!!!

i agree with you Mia, this state is crazy about drugs. I never knew of a pot smoker giving cops a hard time. they should worry more about alcohol and other dangerous stuff like crack, meth and heroin. pot never attributes to any acts of aggression like the other drugs. i can drive better when i'm stoned too. i vote for legalizing the herb!!!

Absolutely! Lace those Marlboros, Camels, etc with plenty of poison and kill off all the smokers/drug addicts.

Nothing more disgusting and damaging to society than some schmuck with a butt sticking out of his mouth.

"legal" or "illegal" is just a smokescreen.

Nicotine affects the exact same brain receptors as heroin, and turns smokers into addicts much like injecting heroin into your veins. If drug cartels paid congressmen and senators as well as Philip Morris, cocaine, heroin and pot would be just as legal.

You're a fool to think otherwise...or a hopelessly addicted smoker. Either way, you're as much a druggie as the people you replied to.

If you kill all the cigarette smokers, America will save over $10 TRILLION dollars in future healthcare expenses. As it is, it costs America $80 billion PER YEAR to treat smoking related illnesses.

The "War on Drugs" is pocket change compared to what the drug nicotine costs us.

I say kill em all and use the money for something more useful.

Wake up moron doing drugs in a play ground where kids play smart yes they should make pot legal for cancer patients and H.I.V so they can get a appatite not for teenagers or people to relax there are other methods for that and home grown pot is what they give to sick people becouse you dont know what street pot is being sprayed with Hello why would you smoke it in public anyway in a park and when you put it out a child can pick the roach up I thinck what your smokeing has your brain fried becouse you would not be doing it in a park where police patrol so dont get mad at a cop for doing his job and pot is the gateway to all drugs im a recovoring addict enfisize on recovoring becouse your never cured when you have the desease of addiction and if you do deside to smoke your pot do it at home, car, private area where no one can scare you like Freddy cruger Im not here to judge you all i can do is pray for you

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Virgo

Someone is being headstrong and wilful, and absolutely determined to do what they want. Mercury is retrograde and it's a Full Moon in Cancer with a lunar eclipse all happening tonight! This could lead to some heated discussions and possibly even rows, as you argue the toss back and forth. It might be best to accept that there's very little possibility of reaching an agreement rather than to get locked in a stubborn battle of wills. Besides, you don't want anything to spoil what promises to be a very enjoyable New Year's Eve. Have fun!
