Fast facts on Barack Obama citizenship lawsuits

This is foolish and these men are just wasting their time chasing after a "resolution" to something that isn't even an issue. Why can't people just accept the fact that we're gonna have our first Black president. And, furthermore to that, he was born in August, 1961 in Hawaii. Hawaii became our 50th state of the union in 1959. Therefore,(do the math) that makes the man A NATURAL U.S. CITIZEN!! So, find another aimless, pointless thing to take to the courts, because this one ain't gonna hold water.

Has anyone ever heard Obama say he was born in Hawaii? Hasn't any reporter ever asked him the question point blank? Has he ever denied that he was born in Kenya? Has he ever said how many passports he has? It is not wise for a President of the United States to have mixed loyalties and be a citizen of two or three other countries, for instance, Kenya, Indonesia, Great Britain. The American people have the right to know, and the Supreme Court has the authority to force the issue and make him answer. I don't like the idea of having someone play the role of President and sit in the White House when they are not entitled to be there. As for his being voted into office, pertinent information such as citizenship was kept a secret and would have affected the outcome of the election. This shroud of secrecy surrounding Obama has to be removed.

I realize now that we are all confused. The issues requires legal - vetting, not vetting by people voting - vetting. Our Votes only say he is the most- liked, popular, guy. They don't say he is qualified. The people can only make good decisions if they have all the facts. So far - not all the facts have been presented. Instead - the media, the DNC, Obama, and more have obscured the facts. Even if Obama was born in Hawaii - he still may not be a "Natural Born Citizen". I think that his mixed loyalties are not good for America. The fact that he might be blackmailed is disturbing. The fact that he mignt not be loyal to the U.S. is disturbing. I think our elections methods need to change. We can't have presidents who are bought and paid for. We need to have eligible, qualified, loyal, honest, presidents. The Democrats have created a travisty with this president. I am very sad about that fact. Lastly I don't care what color he is.

Since he was born in Hawaii he is NATURAL BORN and eligible.
He may be terrible choice but he is eligible - SCOTUS's refusal to hear lower court decisions and final case in California will affirm that.

I'm not sure if anyone is telling the truth nowadays. i don't agree with anyone or disagree, I think Barack Obama should just tell the truth about where he was born, there's no hard feelings.

Has any reporter ever actually asked Obama where he was born at a press conference or any type of interview? Even without a teleprompter, he should know the answer. If he fudges and defers to legal counsel, the American people will know he is trying to cover up a lie that he has perpetuated since running for president. His relatives know where he was born. Any investigative reporting both here and in Mombasa, Kenya, where a shrine has been erected to commemorate his birth there would reveal his place of birth. Is the doctor still living, or did he conveniently disappear? Where are all those sharky reporters who love to follow the hint of scandal and go on a feeding frenzy in their search for the truth? I guess liberal sharks just don't have a taste for Democrat.

Since Obama came to the United States to go to school as an Indonesian citizen with the name Barry Sotero, at what point in time did he become an American citizen with the name Barack Obama? There has to be some kind of record. I don't think he ever applied for citizenship, and since his mother American and his birth father a non-citizen from Kenya, he was required to do so.

If he has ever stated where he was born, I have never heard it. Have you? Someone mentioned ballot access applications, whatever that is. I've never seen one. Are they legal documents that have been notarized?

The oath he took to be president was not considered legal because of the judge's error and Obama not repeating a full and complete oath with words left out. The public have never heard and witnessed his taking the legal oath to be president as it was done in private without his hand on the Bible from the photo that was taken. I don't think we have a president since he is not a natural born citizen and the private oath he took was done without swearing before God that he was telling the truth. There is no legal record, except for one lone reporter's tape that could have been altered. The press could have been invited with video cameras, but transparency ended when he was elected. From his behavior since then, his loyalty seems more closely aligned with Muslims than Christians. He apologizes profusely for the sins of America and downgrades the United States speaking to the Europeans and tells them America is no longer a Christian nation. He is weakening our defense against terrorists. He demands bills be signed into law without debate, and a Democratic Congress meekly obeys. He has plunged this nation into trillions of dollars of debt with no end in sight creating a tremendous burden for future generations. How much will the dollar be worth in a year or two? He ran across a crowded room to deeply bow to the leader of Saudi Arabia. At least he didn't get down on his knees and kiss his feet, but maybe that is coming.

When it comes to palin, where do i start. oh man i laugh just thinking about all the crazy stuff she said during that train wreck of a campaign. There is a video that has his Kenyan grandmother saying Obama was born in the village. She was present in the delivery room. After his birth, his mother flew with him to Hawaii and registered his birth certificate. He is not a natural born citizen and as a lawyer who studied and taught constitutional law knew he was not eligible to run for president. The law is the law, and he chose to ignore it.
