Full story: Home News Tribune

Ialways believed that there was no right way to do a wrong thing, until I met the East Brunswick Board of Education.

The article describes this complete nutjob as "a school board watchdog"

WTF?!?!?!

Who elected/appointed this douchebag a "watchdog," and would anyone in their right (or wrong) mind ever give this man any responsibility?
This unmedicated psycho lavished praise on the school board, and said East Brunswick was "lucky to have her," and profusely thanked the board for their "responsible" budget just weeks before the April school elections.

With his actions over the past six weeks, I and most sane people here in East Brunswick have been left with mouths agape, wondering whether good old Abe's medication ran out and he forgot to visit the pharmacy, or did he try to parlay that effusive praise into job--only to be told by Magistro that such illegally obtained jobs are just not done in EB? Could it be the fumes from the Turnpike, just feet from his home at 25-Gage Road?

I'm not sure, because the level of lunacy required to go from practically sticking your tongue up the ass of each school board member in worship to utter hate and singleminded devotion to bashing our district is not merely the actions of a spurned suitor. No, it's the mark of a dangerously sociopathic individual who needs to be removed from civil society--either by dragging him away in a tight white coat, or sticking him in your trunk and driving to the Meadowlands. Maybe you can call him and ask what's up: seven-three-two-eight-two-eigh t-three-four-eight-four

Either way, he's a pox on the good people of East Brunswick.

By the way, Abe's fair game now: Look up "vortex public figure" and you'll see he has voluntarily given up the rights to privacy, or to sue others of libel or defamation.

Sorry, Abe, the gloves are off bi+ch.

I have both...and the good sense to point out stupidity like that possessed by Abraham Quartin.

So are you his son Evan, or just some busybody who has nothing else to do but show how stupid you are?

We are a lucky town to have such a great school district. Now if only the EBPD would hold to that level of excellence, maybe we wouldn't be the number one town in Middlesex for property crimes.

Gee, you'd think we'd get something of value from 100 cops paid more than $125,000 per year plus benefits for only three days work per week?

Have you ever BEEN to the Brunswick Square Mall?

Apparently not since you made that comment. If they aren't shoplifting at the stores, they're busting car windows and rifling through your stuff in search of valuables.

Your stuff is safer in New Brunswick than good old EB.

I am very happy living here, they do a great job and keep my family safe. Sounds like you have an axe to grind with law enforcement

No, I have an axe to grind with my property tax bill. We can't keep paying for such expensive cops when surrounding communities have lower rates of crime for less salary. Maybe you're some rich lawyer or surgeon and can't grasp what us regular folk have to do to pay our property tax bills, but we've made cops into a pretty rich group of NJ residents and not put performance requirements on them. They just don't deserve to make 50 percent more salary than the average NJ worker.

I have made a terrible mistake, I made my good friend Joanne Magistro the subject of ridicule when it was me, Abraham Quartin, who should be ridiculed. East Brunswick is very, very lucky to have Dr. Magistro, and I was wrong to say otherwise. See, I did forget to go to CVS for my Haldol and, well, things just got a little crazy.

So if you read where I say Joanne is overpaid and we should toss out the board of education, just forget it, OK?

Mr. Quartin is a 100% right when he say's we would be under English rule if no one responded to Paul Revere's cry of the "British are coming."

And what was the whole thing about when Paul Revere made that famous ride on the night of April 18th 1775. Yes, Taxes and the right of representation.

Well Mr. Quartin is now riding the white horse and telling you, your School Taxes are are being misrepresented and you better wake up and start writing to your Councilmen and Mayor and remind them what their duties are to the Tax Payers and the Students of East Brunswick.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Libra

An emotional situation is as clear as mud today. You aren't sure about your feelings for a certain someone, nor are you convinced that you know what they're playing at. They may be saying one thing and doing another, and you might even suspect that they're playing games with you or trying to get what they can out of the relationship. Or maybe you're imagining the whole thing? Admit it - at this stage you simply don't know.
