An ecentric (sp?)old man trying to keep the city informed and being a bit goofy isn't a crime. We need this old man to question the goings on of some hicks that need to be in check. He may be a bit unorthodoxed (sp?)about how he communicates and this isn't a reason to treat him in this manner. The council members that are NUTS are trying to shut him up at any means possible.

You have some skanky council members that wouldn't think twice about lying. I heard on the KQ morning show that a council member's daughter was the receiver of Mr. Schaffer's questionable comment and I believe the council member that made the accusation with his daughter is a liar and would do anything to make this odd old man go away.
