Plea deal in sex assault case keeps 75-year-old out of prison

THIS IS PATHETIC!! We want to know what has happened to our youth!?!?!?! This is what happened! We are allowing a man to RUIN a young girls entire life and what does he get??? 5 years probabtion!!! I have a 21 year old son who don't drink...never did drugs...never smoked cigarettes... never committed a crime...but he had to serve 30 days in jail for driving without a license!!! But this disgusting old man can walk around free!!! Of coarse the girls story changed!!! HELLO???? Do you think this is the first time he did this to her??? Of coarse not! It's just the first time they got caught! Why didn't she tell??? Because that is what happens to us when these disgusting old men twist our minds!! And now...thanks to our fabulous court system... he can continue to do it and maybe move on to someone else's daughter or grand daughter!And will that young girl get any help for what has happened?? NO!! Because we are too busy making her sound like a liar!!Where are all the racist rednecks at, now??? Oh... he ain't Spanish or black, so it's ok!!!Only in America!

You are right. These old men are capable of taking care of their sexual needs however they need to, so they should be able to handle a consequence in prison. I don't want to hear how old and frail they may pretend to be because obviously he was able to be sexually active in some way.

And stop putting them in geriatric prisons with other offenders so they won't get hurt. Did they make special accomodations for their victims? This is getting more and more sickening on how we treat the sexual offenders in a privileged way.

I know of one person who was a in geriatric prison and even though he was capable of walking, he bragged how he got wheelchaired around whenever he had to go to see a doctor, etc. We pay for someone to wheel these people around all day. What is wrong with this system?

We want young teens punished, and I'm not saying they shouldn't be punished, but we give old men, who obviously should have more wisdom and life skills to know this is wrong, a break.

He should be locked up in prison where he belongs. He should spend the rest of his life in prison.

Did you guys fail to read? They charged some old pervert for all of the crimes that apparently he didn't commit:

No... 13 year olds aren't that stupid...but if you have ever been the victim to this type of abuse... you would understand the severe guilt involved!!! Of coarse she will have holes in her story!! Because if she told the whole truth she would feel like dirt!! That is the game that these perverts play with a young girls mind!!! That's why I said "he ruined her for the rest of her life!"
P.S. If he didn't do anything wrong....then why was the coward found in his truck??? after running from the law!
