nice move prince peter putney and sharp shape. so you want to be the king but it doesn't add up the way you count. you knew even back when you were just a lad working at the orchard when they had to sell apples by the pound instead of you counting them. and you can't count the ones you ate either. well here's a time again the governor could show you off again when he's through laughing

It is terrible that people are losing their jobs. I am sure that Douglas did not want to be faced with this fiscal necessity. Hopefully, in spite of the Democratic leadership, Douglas will be able to get Vermont back on track and improve the situation. Sometimes we all face tough & unpopular decisions. Better you then me Governor, but thank you for attempting to correct the states course.
