William "Bill Bill" Brown is as guilty as sin. He, along with Joseph Bearden, planned the crime on Ryan Skipper. They are both guilty of a hate crime. Brown should be found guilty and go to prison for life - Bearden is already in prison for life. Hey, how about having them as cell mates. Now wouldn't that be justice. Cell mates for life.
