11 He was attempting to rent a house for him, his wife and kids. He wanted to pay six months rent upfront by cashier's check and didn't want his credit checked. After a quick Google search of his name it was clear why. The guy was persistent and shameless in his attempts even after I called him on it. |

17 You can also check the archives at aspendailynews.com for all of the news articles on Peter. He still has to do his community service there, 160 hours of it (16 hours per month) as he was denied his motion to pay a hefty fine in lieu of community service (talk about arrogant), he's too important for community services and has the money for a 'hefty fine' all the while the families he stole from (millions of dollars) in California can't get him to pay a red cent, some have lost their homes already because Peter got them to get a 2nd for his 100% guaranteed return. There's a very special place for his kind of evil. And he knows it. Thank goodness that this blog has prevented so many potential cons of his. He has another story that says that this is not 'him' but now it shows his picture (yahoo!) and the blog gets updated with everyone writing in from time to time. New victims are encouraged to contact the DAs office in Aspen, they would be most interested to talk to them. DA Arnold Mordkin. |

4 He will, for the rest of his life, be chasing his tail with scam-after-scam into his old age. He will never have a normal life, he will never have a normal job and when his kids finally grow-up and learn that among the crooks and thieves in this world there is this "man," and what he's done (and continues to do) to others, it won't be surprising if they change their names. Eventually, they may even see their own mother's part in it. Thanks to the Internet, the world is NOT such a big place anymore and he has already wronged too many people in it. The Internet also has a VERY long memory! Don’t be surprised if some day you read of a fat, little man who was done-in by one of his victims as the law of averages will catch up to him probably sooner than later. |

6 My prediction? Probation violation(s), it's mandatory jail time (and he's still on probation now, they really do want to lock him up in Aspen). So if those who are actually victims in Santa Barbara, or anywhere for that matter, come forward to the DA/Probation Department in Aspen pick up the phone and tell someone who can and wants to do something about it. Only then will he be picked up and it's off to jail. I agree with Kili though, this blog has helped and prevented so many other victims. I wouldn't (in this computer age) invest a dollar with anyone without first checking them out on the internet. |

8 He stole Tens of millions in Malibu and was never indicted. Where is the justice for the Malibu victims!? Why hasn't the FBI done anything? Our justice system is a fucking joke! He knows it!! That is why he continues to scam, because he doesn't fear the system...... and rightfully so! |

3 There are ten general symptoms: 1 not learning from experience 2 no sense of responsibility 3 inability to form meaningful relationships 4 inability to control impulses 5 lack of moral sense 6 chronically antisocial behavior 7 no change in behavior after punishment 8 emotional immaturity 9 lack of guilt 10 self-centeredness People with this disorder may exhibit criminal behavior. They do not consider other people's wishes, welfare or rights. They can be manipulative and may lie to gain personal pleasure or profit. They may default on loans. Most of his victims will never do a google search prior to getting duped. |

2 The problem is our criminal justice system! The Federal prosecutors only take cases they stand a 100% chance of winning. Why is it that the Feds have not taken this case to the Grand Jury? Because they are fucking idiots! They only care about their own success rate of convictions. They can eventually get jobs in the private sector as criminal defense attorneys. Where they will go on to earn millions defending the same scum bags that they spent the first ten years out of law school prosecuting. They took Bernie Madoff down in a matter of months from confession to sentencing. Peter has been investigated by the FBI according to Kili since 2006. Hey Maybe that's it. I get it now, I must have been stupid. Somebody should have told me that he really didn't steal my money because obviously the feds don't think he did. I feel so much better now. Maybe in 10 years I will have enough money to buy back my home I lost. But it must not have been scammed because a federal prosecutor says so. |

3 Also, it's a matter of budget, the country is broke. Fortunately (or unfortunately) there are also multi-federal agencies seeking prosecution (FBI, IRS, SEC, Security & Exchanges Commity, plus 2 others I know of). In talking to them, neither wants to be the one to prosecute first (IRS aside, they're going full force ahead right now), because of the cost. They don't want to waste a lot of our tax payer money to prosecute, only to be 'trumped' by the other and then have to turn over all their work to a higher agency (at least this is what I've been told). But he isn't going to get off for this, it's more concrete and difficult than we can imagine. This is why the L.A.D.A. dropped the ball...not prosecuting for all of it to be turned over to a higher agency. That's a lot of work (discovery) to hand it over and be told thanks. I believe justice will be served. Not soon enough in my opinion, no more victims should suffer the way we have. He should have been arrested 2 years ago. But I do know it will happen, when we least expect it. Keep watching, keep reporting and just wait, patiently. |

5 That was the most coherent post I have read on here in a long time. Thanks for the input. I hope and pray that you are right. I will keep watching on this site for a post that says he was indicted. I will be so happy then. It wont get my house back, but it will help somehow emotionally. |
