I met Danny and have had encountered his presence with alcohol and sobriety and I found him to be a very caring and awesome individual, I am very sorry for his passing and he will always be in my thoughts, if he is in my thoughts as any that I have met in my life then I believe he has made his impact in mine, I do believe alcohol can be a factor but to do such a crime comes from deep within someone, something just ain't right because not everyone just goes and kills. I think they deserve an eternity of sorrow as he has an eternity of not being on this earth.

Alcohol is not an excuse?? PLEASE!!! If you were plum sober do you think you would do something like that compared to being wasted. When people wake up in the morning after a long night of drinking I am pretty damn sure they are sorry, I see it happen all the time! So yeah people do act stupid when they are drunk, ALCOHOL even at low doses, significantly impairs the judgment and coordination required to drive a car safely. Low to moderate doses of alcohol can also increase the incidence of a variety of aggressive acts! So before you say that Alcohol is not an excuse, read the facts!! I feel sympathy for the family no doubt, but that's what alcohol leads to... Don't be ignorant..
