Multi car pile-up in Dburg

Someone just sent me a picture of a wreck @ lake road and 51. At least 3 vehicles.

What kind of vehicles?

it was a motorcycle and like 3 cars they shut down that light from lake road to highway 51

I did not see a motorcycle in the picture

A noontime accident on Lake Road has seen at least one person airlifted to the hospital and others transported by ambulance to Dyersburg Regional Medical Center. Captain Steve Isbell of the Dyersburg Police Department stated that an unidentified woman was traveling southbound on Lake Road when witnesses said she ran a red light as she crossed Highway 51. She then proceeded to strike an SUV head-on. The SUV was sitting idle at the red light in the right-hand lane heading northbound on Lake Road. Preliminary indications are that the force of the impact pushed the SUV into three other vehicles behind it. The accident is still under investigation. Northbound traffic on Lake Road is being diverted to Highway 51 while the DPD completes its investigation. More details to follow.
