I just want to say AGAIN that my intention here is not to bash you or your company. My goal here was to find some honest feedback-- and thank you for those who have given that. I think I have heard all I need to hear and it puts be back to square one. I suppose like all things in life there are those really great people who are honest, straight-forward and care for the well-being of others. Then there are those that are reckless and out for number one. I will be honest in saying that if the majority of your representatives could approach this business like some of the last few posters, I might have formed an opinion completely different than the one I have now. Unfortunately, I ( and many of those around me) have not been approached in a manner to have much faith in the company. I think some of you may have misunderstood what I meant about reporting your income and paying taxes. I am referring to those who are mindlessly out there calling themselves business owners and having not a second thought about tax obligation. If you are smart enough to keep up with your business expense and file proper tax returns then you have nothing to worry about. Some people will be screwed at the end of the year and have no clue what they are doing. It certainly was not explained to me by any of the three people trying to sell it to me. I was told expenses...

are reimbursed. So when I took the time to read over the company policy I felt that I was being told whatever would get my name on the list that would make their monthly fee go away. Some of you have made your company look worse than I could have ever dreamed, had that been my intention. It might be a good idea to have some checks and balances when you need no prerequisite to sell the membership other than signing up. If you had been approached the way my family and I had in the first place, I doubt you would have signed up. You would have felt just as misguided as I do. I do not feel this company is for me. It sounds like some of you may have a good thing going for yourself as long as the integrity of your self, your company, and your customers comes first. For the rest of you, you will never do well because you will end up hurting your friends and family and they will come to resent you if you don't find a better way to communicate with people. Just make sure at the end of the day you are not out there hustling people to sign up without regard for how this will ultimately affect them. I guess I knew what would eventually come from posting here in the first place. I was hoping to hear what others had to say and probably should have done just that. As I said before, I have heard all I need to hear. My opinion has not been altered except for maybe seeing that the true colors of some of the representatives does extend beyond those that are in my own back yard. And to those of you who are unable to defend your company using constructive responses, you will end up flat on your face because what you don't know about me is the real reason I posted here. I WAS leaning toward signing up for the membership and truly was hoping someone could positively convince me it was a good idea. I was playing the devil's advocate hoping someone could effectively make the argument that I should. I thought if the company is everything it is supposed to be, people will know about it and have good things to say about it. I was not exaggerating about the way I've been approached, that was all accurate. I was just making all the arguments I thought a person might make to me if I tried to sell the membership. Now I know how a random handful of people really feel and how they really choose to do business. I have no intention of deterring others from joining, except my closest friends and family and my objective here has been fulfilled. Thank you WorldVentures representatives, you have made it clear how a person will be treated if they question anything further than what you are willing to divulge on the front end. Looks like your main purpose is deterring others and starting just what you got! If not a simple meeting with the person that showed you, upline. all your questions would be answered! but instead you come to topics to start your slander! you dont know if anyone here was really a wv rep. except the two people that had knowalagble links and offers to meet you! Witch you never looked at...I would hope if you children get sick, topics is not your go to source...but from verbage of your posts it is...the way you, yourself,have responded shows your intent. no one has made it clear how a person is treaded by the company only that your own family has introduced the offer in the most worst way....looks to me that out of a million members, two found out about this crap on the bathroom wall called topics and offered their time.Good luck in destroying you family and friends attempt to do better at whatever they try next.....GOD BLESS THEM....

Someone I work with is selling this. It sounded pretty good to me. I haven't had a chance to meet with him and discuss further yet, but I plan to. Why does everyone want to bash what someone else is doing? It's real simple, if you don't like it, don't do it. And until you have done it, you really have no right to comment on it. I look forward to finding out more about this, and until I find out more from the person who is selling it I will keep my mind open and not base my opinion on some topix babble.

Sales people can make time shares sound like a great deal too, but I don't think you really want one. For every 1 happy timeshare owner there are hundreds who would love to give theirs away...if only they could find fools to take them.

Maybe some of us don't know much about this but we've been around and seen to many of these type deals.

If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and looks like a duck, odds are it's a duck...in this case, just another pyramid scheme that will make a few folks rich and leave the others with empty pockets.

But hey, go for it, don't listen to us, we're just gonna hold you back!

(Remember, 97 out of 100 signees are going to fail.....that from the company's own information!)

Another sign that a person is uneducated is the practice of name calling as a defense mechanism when you lack the vocabulary and self control to make a valid point. I agree! Most of these people have only been in this for a couple of months. If some of you have been in it for two years, why is everyone around here just now hearing about it? I doubt most of these people have a clue what will happen after a year or two. I have a feeling in a few months we will be hearing most of these folks bitching about how they got ripped off and wasted the past year trying to get their money back!! If you have been doing this for two years, you should have more to say about your "business" than how stupid the rest of us are!!!!! I guess we will just have to wait and see!

1. You Do Not use someones name without their permission.
2. If you want answers then call the Company and not post crap all over for people to read!
3. Even if someone sat in front of you and explained everything in detail you would not get it because you are still in your box!

I believe that about as much as believe in World Venture being a reputable company. This is what this site is for , so your telling me that you get on here to read What?? People's opinion right? The truth is out about your Scheme. Now your upset that you can not mislead people because they have got a little knowledge ??? Lawsuit really????

That sounds like something these people would do. If WorldVenture did sue someone for giving their opinion about what a crock they are, and won in a court of law, It would be the FIRST HONEST dollar they EVER made!!!!!

The BMW they get is NOT FREE! They must produce enough sales ( memberships) in order to pay for the car, NOTHING is free. Don't let them fool you. The company pulls out from their account approximately $600 monthly, and they are responsible for insurance cost, tags, etc. so really it is a loaner, cause they have to have the sign ins to pay for the car, or the person has to make the $600 payment!

you know i recall a the same thing happening when the great flood came,alot of people didnt believe in what noah was telling them,and they made fun of him also,and jesus was also treated the same way up until the last day when they layed him to rest in the toom,and rose from the dead.there has always been someone since the beginning of time,its just human nature,and also jealousy,invy,if you want something out of life you have to put in to get out of.worldventures is very awesome but if compaired to walmart,then walmart looses,where else can you travel all over the world and enjoy life like it was ment to be enjoyed,oh lets see you can go waste your life at some factory and get your little pay check and a few health bennifits,maybe if you live long enough or if the factory doesnt shut down,you can draw you SSI check,but just remember youve given your life to that one place,and now they are closing the doors.what are you going to do then.its happening everyday in this country,so go live your life,for you,and not some plant manager,that treats you like a clock number robot.and as for ROVIA(WORLDVENTURES)it does pay you to check it out,people are living large you know i was always told IF YOUR SCARED THEN JUMP IN MY POCKET.

I am a successful entrepreneur, have earned several degrees, and have an adequate vocabulary. I have not called anyone names and do not lack composure. If you think I have a "shitty" attitude because I have pertinent questions regarding World Ventures, that's your opinion. Maybe you're the one with the "shitty" attitude.

I do not believe you are the person my comment was directed toward. There is more than one "guest" posting here. You actually do sound intelligent. That is how I know you are not the person I was referring to. I was referring to the "guest" who was defending Worldventures with the negative disposition and shitty attitude. The comment was directed at the person who wrote "witch" when they meant "which" and used several other instances of incorrect spelling and improper use of grammar.

So how many of you have FREE BMW's that no money comes from your account, you do not have to bring in the clients, or have to pay for the car? Is the car in your name free and clear? You have the title to it?

You do not have to take the BMW option. You can opt for the $300 cash per month instead. And it does pay. I know someone who is already getting a check and has only been a member for a month or so!
