New wave charges ridiculous amounts for terrible service. Not only is the customer service here awful but outages for no reason occur all the time!

If you are experiencing issues and don't feel like they are being addressed, you may consider reaching out to their website. Their General Managers are listed for each area. They also have a "President's Promise" section on their website. Try it. My Newwave internet rocks by the way.

First off, the website is the only way to reach New Wave. If you try calling the Dyer number your call is rerouted to a call center somewhere else. It'll take you about thirty minutes to find that out though, because since New Wave doesn't believe in customer service, they let you deal with an automated system instead of giving the respect of actually talking to a human.
Oh yes, the "President's Promise." You get to give them an email or call the special hotline and WAIT for them to answer it. You even get a pre-written letter in the mail from the president himself that does nothing to address your specific issue.
If you really any problem with New Wave and you want to talk to somebody about it, the thing to do is call the number and press the number for wanting to pay your bill.
Although I've had to wait an average 45 minutes for technical support, I've always been able to talk to a real person very quickly when they think you're going to give them money.
Both my internet and my cable blacked out this afternoon. New Wave sucks.

They do take care of it but the charges come right back. I have had more trouble with NewWave but I don't like AT&T.

New Wave Cable is nothing but a dying company gasping for breath. What we need to do is get a class action law suit on them. If they don't change their ways; I am mad enough to start one. They are the most dishonest people I have ever seen. If you have cable internet; watch out,they will spy on you big time. They scanned my hard drives and said I had
things on there {movies and etc.} no porn, I would not allow that. The thing is the movies had been on my hard drive for 7 or 8 months before I went to cable. I am 62 years old and care about kids; not porn. Had prostate cancer and as useful as a fart in a whirlwind. We are suppose to have privacy in this country. New Wave is pure no good at all. Yes all of you who praise new wave are obviously on the pay roll! those of us who pay you salary are unhappy with the services we receive.

Yes, newwave sucks !! I've only had it for a month and have had several problems! The sound quality sucks and I have a brand new tv. I was watching tv and I lost half my tv stations!!

we have the our home though them. Sometimes it works....sometimes it doesn't. Thank God for cell phones!

wtf they took all my HD channels away and im still paying 150$ a month for the package deal that promised HD channels WAVECABLE SUCKS. Please VERIZON get FIOS here ASAP....

I have new wave and love it. Wouldn't change it for anything else out there. We have had it for a year and the only time it has gone out is during a storm. We have phone, internet and Cable!

I have new wave and I hate it. Customer service in Dyer is a joke. The woman there is without a doubt the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of ever seeing. They used to have some nice guys working there, I don't know what happened to them.

I've got cable and internet, I'm not dumb enough to pay for phone service that goes out when it storms.

I pray that a company like Comcast of Aeneas eventually offers service here.

But remember, if Comcast or any other service provider takes over, the problems will still be there unless they rewire the whole system. They are and will eventually work out all the problems. Just be patient.

If you think the cable is good you will be dumbfounded by real digital tv. Even the antenna is much better as far as picture goes.

I have had direct TV for 15 years and love it. I would never go back to cable. And my satellite does not go out if the wind blows or if its raining. CABLE SUCKS

I had nothing but trouble with Dish Network, so cable has worked perfectly for me
