If the Town of Middlefield cann't even keep up a web site to allow it's citizens access to the the town meetings etc. or other business which the public should know about we are in sad shape especially in democratic country we live in. I'm begining to wonder what we the taxpayers are actually getting for our money. For myself I can tell you not much. I hardly have use for any of the services that the town provides except for the use of the roads and maybe the library which is supposed to be privately owned anyway. Why are our taxes so high anyway? Maybe its time for a town manager who can work within a set budget.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Aries

There are good indications in the areas of career, a relationship with somebody you admire or with work in general (regardless whether it is housework or paid work). This is an excellent time to reorganise how you do your daily tasks and to send off your resume, or go for a job interview. You may receive helpful advice from a co-worker: if you are waiting for news from a parent or authority figure, you should have it soon.
