To the family of Ally,
Although I do not know your family, my prayers and tears are with you as you mourn the loss of your beautiful daughter who has fallen asleep in death. May the God of all comfort be your strength and the hope of a resurrection sustain your family.(John 5:28,29)

I drove by the site of the accident today. Very dangerous curve. Even going slow, it would be easy to lose control and have an accident. I will not speculate on what happened. It's another tragic accident involving a teen driver. May God
comfort the family and the friends of this girl.

Something is wrong with our driving laws and instruction. Too many teenagers have been killed this year. I can't remember when it has been this bad. The laws for teen driving must become very strick.High fines for speeding and not wearing seatbelts. Loss of licence second time for 60 days. The driving schools must increase their class instruction and on the road time. Until, the laws change I am afraid we will continue to see such tragic events. A few weeks ago it was in North Haven. It seems no town is immune to these horrible accidents. My thoughts are with the family and friends.

The accident on 91 in north haven involved a severly drunk 22 year old man, who had a suspended license and several other criminal notes on his record, and an 18 year old girl who was about to graduate high school and made the mistake of hanging out with a criminal and getting into the car with him when he was drunk. He should rot in jail until he dies. He wasn't even a teenager! He's 22! She was 18!!!
I would like to know the details of this poor 17 year old's death in regards to the crash. Maybe she was avoiding a deer? Did she just get her license? Was anyone else in the car?

NH08, I'm with you. Try doing my job as an undertaker trying to put these kids back together and getting their families through their grief. I still say 18 yrs of age should be the age when they can drive. High fines would not be my recomendation, LOSS OF LICENSE would be!! And to make it more serious, charge the parents as well! Since they are minors, are not their parents responsible for the actions of their children. 24 years ago I was in high school. We drove fast, their were no seat belt laws, and cell phones did not exist. But we made it home every night and usually in one piece. What the hell happened to this generation and their lack of upbringing. If I got caught driving like these kids do, I would have had my license taken away and got a beating to go with it. Maybe a beating is the answer!

Ally, a day will not go by me thinking of what a wonderful person you are. You were smart, funny, popular...you never said anything bad to anyone and you were nice to everyone you met. School was so depressing today, everyone was crying (teachers, the principle, students). You were robbed, you weren't doing anything wrong-you weren't speeding, you were following all of the laws...it's just that dangerous corner. I guess it's true that only the good die young. Just know that you are forever in our hearts and that we will all meet up with you in heaven. God bless you, Ally.

When Friends go to heaven
They do not go alone
cause when friends go to heaven
part of us goes along.

When friends go to heaven,
our memories here remain
when friends go to heaven,
its our plan to meet again.

When friends go to heaven,
silently our hearts and souls do cry
for when friends go to heaven
there isn't an answer to why.

They never really leave us.
They are in are hearts to stay
when our friends go to heaven,
they never really go away.

So sad a life gone so young, sympathies to the family.
In such a small town isn't everyone aware of such a dangerous road.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Bill when he was my student in my EMT class. My husband and I are deeply saddened by this accident and our prayers go out to Bill, Val and Billy as well as all of the energency personnel who responded to the scene. No words can completely express our sadness at their loss, but we want them all to know they are in our thougts and prayers - and are only a phone call away. No call is ever easy and all of us in emergency services see and feel each event so deeply - but never as much as when it affects our friends!
