Westberg seeks to move trial's venue

This case has been absurd, the guy admitted to taking pills and driving. Think about it, had that been any other citizen who was not associated with the DA, they would of been thrown into jail on DUI and probably would of plea bargained the case.
Westburg continues to drag it out and use his knowledge to placate the system and it now it's looking like he might get off scott free. What a prick. He gave a friend of mine 20 days in jail for calling his old lady a bad name and punching a door. Big deal. But he can drive loaded and almost kill someone and get away with it.
