actually this is incorrect. Since this was a duplicate posting, I think topix deleted it, also since it was inactive as well as a duplicate post, Topix would have removed it....

hahaha...just to be an ass, I called the Loveland P.D., and filed a report on you. They know that you have threatened me, and claim to be in the area. They are looking for a fat, balding guy, who dances like a special ed kid with a sparkler on the 4th of July, who lies a lot.

I told them to look in the city parks, under bridges, or in the homeless shelter for you, but they said they'll keep an eye out for you in my area.

Careful, the Loveland PD is worse than the LAPD.

Your not done. You will be back. We all know your a liar. You have said many times that your post was the last post, and that you were done with me. But then you op back up and post again.

Went to the Garfield Street Fair today. It was great. They changed the stage from being at the main street junction of C street and Garfield. Spent about 45 minutes there before going to the mini mart. Ate at the Chinese restaurant and had a drink at the Vietnamese place. Talked to the firemen. Shopped several of the merchants. Both the booths and the stores. Several of them even gave me little nice to see you gifts.

Well it was only when Joe in Tacoma AKA Joe Peterson representative for Joe and Sally Thomas. Made a bee-line for the mini mart, to the shout and yell at me, in a the shop of one of his renters, to tell me I was not welcome on the street and all the merchants had 86ed me from the street. I know he told the owner of the mini mart that I had been 86ed from the street and was not allowed to even walk down the street.

Of course he asked for my home address using the excuse that the Postal inspectors were looking for me. Since I have filed a change of Address the Postal Inspectors would have that information already and would not need it. Of course we believe this is a pre-defense for his being investigated for mail theft. Since a lot of mail of mine seems never to have gotten forwarded from my old address. And he use to have his mail delivered to my address there at the apartments all the time. This previously stated on Topix and a pervious complaint filed with the Postal Inspectors, FBI and the Human Rights Commission. Of course being a city owned street, he can not kick me off a street. And since each merchant is able to allow or reject their own customers, he can not kick me out of the shops. a landlord can not dictate the clients or customers of a merchant. Thats like a landlord saying to a merchant you can have customers so long as they are only white. Merchants can choose to do business with whomever they want.

But see this is Joe. All buff and act tough.

Here is my advice to any and all residents of the Garfield Street Apartments. If Joe serves you a vacate notice or a termination of tenancy notice, wait it out and take him to court over it. Challenge it in court all the way. He is just bluffing when you tells you things. He tries to use that power play. You give in and he wins. Challenge it and take it to trial.

and I shall be back on Garfield Street again. until you can present me with a court order otherwise or the merchants themselves kick me out of their stores each individually.

DUDe, I have better things to do than hang out here all the time, unlike you. I was in Denver for the DNC and then went to Minneapolis for the RNC.
