So it's ok for people to get wasted drinking alcohol, but its against the law to smoke weed and now can't even get the fake stuff. Why don't the cops crack down more on heroin and meth and leave us smokers alone. Our government is so f***** up.

Smoker is right. Hard alcohol and too much beer is way worse than getting high on weed. And personally I don't want ZX to close and I'll bet residents in north Dupo feel the same way. As far as I can tell it's not illegal to sell the stuff anyway. This is an investigation that allows law enforcement to confiscate the tools these businesses need to stay in business. THAT should be illegal.

Respect for this community? You're kidding right. They provide products that other businesses in town don't. If you don't approve, don't go there. As for selling to minors, you act as if that hasn't happened at any other establishment in Dupo.

James is a theif and a liar! He has made sexual advances on most of his employees and now he is selling illegal drugs. If you are friends with him it puts in perspective your character as well. I hope they force him to shut down because he is nothing but a phony.

Its just plain sad that even "bath salts" was even found there. I was not worried to much about the fake weed. But really"bath salts"? I know his girls are in college. But if he wouldn't want his girls doing it why would he want the town kids that he says he likes do it? Its just sad all around in the whole county...Its never gonna be completely cleaned up..

These busts were 'political'. Photo opps and free campaign ads for Kelly and Costello in an election year. Go out and bust the REAL drug dealers okay. The cops are pawns in this game. These warrants came form the top and were bogus in nature. They were ordered to confiscate all the cash and other items they could because they knew they couldn't arrest or charge them. NO arrests made folks and yet they took things from these businesses. Our free country is going to sh1t. If they break the law arrest them. If they don't, either change/create new laws or leave them alone and let the community decide if they want to do business with them.

The "bath salts" from this store was "BATH SOAP" sitting in the back of that store, on a white shelf, marked with a price tag of $1.99. I saw that there a few days ago when I went cash my check. While I was waiting for the money, I looked at that and read the label, including the price which was put on that bottle of green soap. That's how I came to know about this.
