wtf is going on in belcourt!!!

So I haven't lived on the rez in years but I do stayed tuned in on things going on back home. First off, whats this pathways to prosperity program about? In their "PLAN" it says they plan on using 120k for keeping their website up but didn't this program start in 05? The website is incomplete but they managed to make the site traditional in the fact that it doesn't work. They speak of needing a place for the youth to hang out at, they mention Starbucks as a potential business to bring in for a coffee shop!! Are you kidding me, people in non poverty striken areas cant afford this crap let alone people in Belcourt, get real you fools! If this tribe worked as hard at getting real business going than they do these rotten programs they wouldn't have the problems they do. This crock of a program is supposed to bring in ecomonic growth. Where is the progress so far, what big companies have been approached?? Im guessing the ones that have been approached weren't to receptive since the Tribe needs to have their theiving fingers into everything. How is it that the person who brought this program to light "Jollie" got a loan for her kids to buy her dive of a supermart from her with this program, is this what they mean by economic development? I say give up the rez, turn it into a regular community and stop the hand outs. Fools in Belcourt think they are really accomplishing big things by bringging these programs in but all they are doing is creating a socialized form of enterprise that is self serving. The place is a giant hand out from the housing to everything else. Without the many goverment hand outs this place would have no choice but to straighten up. I have worked so hard for everything I have and it pisses me off to see fools in Belcourt get paid for nothing. Now I hear they are trying to take over the school system. Now what!!!!! idiots the entire lot of them. Im glad I don't have to depend on a goverment run program or rotten tribe to make my house payments, im sure they don't worry about it either since their homes were freebies to begin with. Work for it you losers, stive for something more than a hand out!!!! I don't expect a great response from the idiots who get these hand outs and im sure they will say im just sour but thats ok, I sign my own paychecks from here on out.
