Sheriff Deputy Larry Stoddard

Has anyone had any agressive run ins with Deputy Stoddard?

Stoddard is not a Deputy. He is a Trooper with the Missouri Highway Patrol.

I am searching for information on a place called 'Collins Community' where people supposedly are living in tents. They have a Collins, MO P. O. Box address. My mother moved there recently and I would like more information on this place.

Stoddard is with the Missouri Highway Patrol and he is not a trust worthy or honest Officer of the Law. He "makes HIS Quota's" weather they are real or not. If he don't like you or agree with your views or even if he don't like your jokes... He will get you. Due to his position,( being a State Trooper- which I use very loosely), he can get by with everything he does even if he makes it up. I know this first hand and have seen him do things to people that most State Troopers would never do. Most of the officers in Cedar County are great and they are honest. He is one BAD EGG out of the group. Do not trust him at all. He makes it up as he goes along. He is above the law there. Believe this. He can be very agressive and deadly if he chooses to be. He's definately not a good officer, if you can even call him an officer. I'm in the process of getting in contact with someone in Jeff city due to an incident with him that my daughter had.

My dad, brother, and uncle are in law enforcement... I know a good "gud" officer when I see one, and Stoddard is definately NOT a good officer. It's not just the citizens who "make fun" of him, other officers do too. I wouldn't call it making "fun" of him though, I would call it more like horrified and concerned that someone with such a warped sense of reality and justice actually has a gun and a badge!
