richard's service center big rip off

he is a terrible person!

terrible person dosent cover it the way he lies he robbed me worse than the judges robbed paquiao

He fixed my car in 3 days and did a great job. also a great price for the amount of work he did. I would recommed him.

That place is ugly! Wish he could find a place not in the center of town.

Richard seems to be a good dude....he fixed my wife's car, no problems so far and it has been a few months, and he has my truck that the cubans down the road told me they put a timing chain on when they only replaced part of the parts.....he is reasonably priced and came highly recommended i think people are making most of this up to run him out of business....i do not know why people want to be assholes like this....SMH

First off I find both places to be good places to get your car fixed I have used both and no complaints. You need to read your post you said people make these things up to run him out of business this is their opinion Just like you wrote about the cubans down the road you are giving them a bad name because of your experience so I guess I could consider you one of the assholes since you just did the same thing.

needs more parking space he has so many cars to work on I see cars there all the time he keeps real busy

There is one thing i do know,he has not taken anyone for a ride like these people are saying.You just can't make everyone happy,if so there would be nothing for them to gossip about.I suppose if you people were not happy with the work that he had done then thats great don't go back.

How do you know that he hasn't "taken anyone for a ride"?? Are you there watching every repair? He does take too long to repair cars and then they are still not fixed right. He may be the cheapest in town but not worth it if you depend on the car to get back and forth to work.

He did us the same way. Our truck needed a transmission, he told us a transfer case. He was supposed to replace the transfer case and be done. He had our truck for about two weeks so we called about it and got some kind of lame excuse as to why it was still not fixed. He had the truck probably another two weeks when we called him and told him we were just going to come and get it. He said oh its ready now you can come pick it up. My husband and I go to pick the truck up and it wouldn't crank. He said ah the battery is just dead put it on the charger for a minute or two it should crank up. While my husband is letting the battery charge, he looks under the truck to find that the drive shaft is not even in the truck. How were we supposed to move it like this? Well my husband is pissed cause obviously its still not fixed. We leave to calm down and then call him to let him know that we were not idiots, and we knew the truck still wasn't fixed. He finally put a transfer case,(that I believe was an old one out of his friends truck that needed another one, ours!)but, now the four wheel drive doesn't work. He had our truck for months. We go tired of fooling with him and had to park the truck. Also, with the truck being parked at the shop for so long..the water level dropped in the truck and cracked the block...Guess what? Had to spend more money for more repairs when all I needed was a transmission put in to begin with. So yeah he ripped us off too!

It's people like u funny that has no life y would triple b post stuff on here bout Richards when they take stuff to him grow up and get a life and its hard to work on stuff when he's the only person there that knows how to work on stuff

I would take my car there before i would let the hall boys work on it they know how to mess anything up that gets in there hands
