What, nobody told you the cops were monitoring these sites. Don't worry your post will re-appear later.

yes we all new it was being monitered someone mentioned that early on, hopefully they have learned something from it and get this resolved. if this site is all they got to go on they dont have a lot , maybe some one will take jerrys nieces advice and start talking if they know any thing to help, there r so many people out there that r familiar with the situation that dont even get on this site, i would suggest that the family has the troopers put an article in the observer, as always now and long before this my heart is with jerrys immediate family.god bless

It was on the local news last week, I believe I heard that burlingame got 1 to 3 years for breaking probation. Its a way for the DA to know where he is at til he is ready to go to the grand jury, on the murder.

Yes, that is the charge but as far as I know, nothing has been taken to the grand jury. The DA will need a lot more evidence to go to trial then the DNA which is big evidence but not enough to get a conviction.

Kevin was found to have technically violated his probation because he made an arrangement with his Probation Officer to take a job driver truck over the road and then the District Attorney's Office used this as an excuse to develop a violation in order to have him arrest and incarcerated in the hope of obtaining a confession.

Kevin has been charged with the 15 year old murder case and 'if' the D.A.'s Office presents the matter to the grand jury and 'if' an indictment is presented, then the Chautauqua County taxpayers will have to pay to have Kevin transpported from the state system back to this county has each separate court appearance.

BUT, the D.A.'s office is running out of time. They only have 6 months from the time the charge was placed to obtain an indictment, otherwise the cas is lost forever.

so if they dont have enough evidense then the grand jury will dismiss it
