Does David Camm deserve another trial?

I've been researching the murder of David Camm's family. He's already had two trials and has been found guilty by both juries as well as the Court of Appeals.

Why should he deserve another trial?

I thought the Court of Appeals granted him the 2nd trial and now they are asked again for another one. I'm not sure. There is so much I get lost.

because he is a fine young man not guilty of what he is accused of that is why he should be released

That's true Mary. He's been convicted by 2 juries, and is trying for his second appeal.(right?) I just reread my post and I worded it all wrong!

I've got to find some time to continue reading about the second trial and Boney's trial.

Yes there is and I just wish our sites would take off and get people in them to see the truth about what happened in this case.

I guess people just don't care about anyone like they did ih the old days.

There is no doubt that the wonderful police department in New Albany have messed up another trial and arrest and conviction. I sometimes wonder what they do in the court house other than mess things up. stan faith was such a joke and now this henderson or whatever his name is, is messing up just as bad. why was bonet not arrested until David had a second trial? why was he allowed to walk free for five years? to many mistakes have left us all with to many question. if you seen downtown New Alabny you would not think they need to waste money on retrails, because of their mistakes and do a little rebuilding. my home town looks like a big toilet that needs to be flushed. sorry to any who live in down town.

He is holding up ok....Never had a doubt in my mind about him!
He WILL get another trial. I JUST pray they find a BETTER jury that goes by evidence, NOT hearsay and half ass detective work!!
He is INNOCENT!!!!

any idea when the supreme court will enter a decision? I'm pulling for Camm, basically the prosecutor presented two different theories in two different trials. When that happens you know something stinks.

More than two different theories The Dude. Stan Faith changed his theory every time a new bit of evidence was discovered. He changed his theory to fit the evidence. Even then it wasn't a very good fit.

I have read both appeals. From both trials. Also listened to the aired appeal.

HE IS INNOCENT!!!! I have believed in him for years.
PLEASE Pray he gets a fair unbiased trial

Hello All,
Good to see people in here talking about this poor innocent man. You'll makein me cry. I for 8 years thought he was guilty and when I started reading I found just how bad our justice system is.

He doesn't need another trial, he just needs to be set free. Sunday,(tomorrow) is 8 years that he lost his family. Please if you can, light a candle in your home for Kim,Brad and Jill.

I have been reading about the Camm trial and it has me perplexed. Wasn't he a police officer? Usually when their is a case of police corruption it is in favor of the officer and not against him.

Yes Melissa, David was a police officer. I have to be honest here, I'm not 100% sure he is innocent. I *believe* he is innocent from the evidence I've seen.

I have NO DOUBT this man did NOT receive a fair trial either time. I think there was a LOT of under the table tactics used to convict him. There was soooooooooo much. In BOTH trials.Which is why the first sentence was overturned by the Supreme Court.

There is also a video of the Supreme Court hearing where David's attorney speaks. It's VERY revealing. I'll leave some links here for anyone interested in this case.

You're welcome Mary! BTW folks, that must see video of the Supreme Court hearing is for the second trial of Mr. Camm. The Supreme Court overturned the first conviction. I really believe after seeing the State stuttering and not knowing what to say half the time and the evidence that was not allowed in, the second conviction will be overturned as well.
