Un-hunh. No license, no insurance, and obstructing justice. Now why do I think that the most important charge will be the first to be dismissed?

BTW I'm talking about the obstructing justice charge. Now why do I think that's the most important charge? Because the amount of time elapsed between the crime and the arrest prevented taking a timely blood sample to prove or disprove DUI. Without proof of DUI you can't prove Intoxication Assault, or Intoxication Manslaughter if the victim dies, therefore failing to remain at the scene prevents stronger charges from being filed and obstructs justice. Q.E.D. the most important charge would be Obstructing Justice.

I hope the DA sees things my way, but then I'm just a guy that survived someone trying to kill me for riding a bike in the streets, so what do I know?
