The citizens are taking photos of THESE people.

I think it get's a bit ridiculous when people doing their own thing becomes a neighborhood agenda

that is because Duncanville has nothing better to do, I guess there is no other crime there, so they sit around and try to figure out ways to harrass Jim and Julie, illegally I might add. The city's day is coming. I can't wait til they sue the pants off of everyone in the city offices, starting with city mgr Cagle.
