For $15,000, I can get all of this thrown out. Just call 1-800-Sheister.

I think the police officer did his job, my question is where was the Police Chief in this whole situation?? Anyways, I am gald to see that Stockton still has a Safety Dept, in their community...To the officer, get your time in and find a larger dept..

In your brazen contempt for the Rule of Law you've now taken the Corruption Crown away from longtime champion Chicago Illinois!
Al...Al...Al...Chicago will never be dethroned as the big city champ of corruption! However, take a look at small towns; in my opinion, most small towns are worse.

There you go, a cop that is trying to do the right thing and gets fired. I'm sure the whole story is not there, but you find a good cop and someone tries to get rid of him/her. The Mayor should get tossed...

If the mayor had the power he figured he had then all he needed to do was call and have the ticket fixed. But, he chose to push the envelope and get himself into a tricky situation. The cop has the option to sue for wrongful dismissal, but when your boss tells you to get into the truck - you get into it. The mayor will use the ticket as an ad homonem in this case and create a diversion from the real issue. If the cop said "oh crap" then that's indicative of internal problems within the department. In the end, I think all this shit will eventually die down and go away; and if the mayor's synapses are connecting then peer pressure will bring him around or put him out to pasture. Cheers.

I can't disagree with your assesment of small town corruption.

People often forget that my criminal empire was actually based, not in Chicago itself, but in the small nearby hamlet of Cicero Illinois.
