Hi does anyone know of any 5 to 10 acre parcels with a small house or cabin on it in the Duschene or vernal area for sale at a modest and reasonable price?I am so amazed and shocked at the outrageous prices for rent and the quality of housing here.I have seen some decent properties but the prices are beyond my friend's means.She is raising a nearly 1 year old grand daughter while her daughter is deployed overseas.She would like to purchase for a small self sufficient farm. thank you!
