Corporations conquering dubuque

IBM has no need to take over downtown Dubuque and build another parking garage or skyskraper. In fact,Prudential should have even built on the west side and not added to the parking problems. IBM wants to take over downtown at Dubuques heart,the Town Clock center for their own power ego,because it is a real estate centrality of the Town Clock. Their big ego knows its important but they could build clutter out in asbury . In fact we dont need anymore corporations coming into Dubuque and causing foreign clutter and inflation of taxes. Mcgraw Hill has no Victorian architectural prime,and clashes with Dubuque Victoriana. IbM builds a computer center by Town Clock?Bet its not Victorian. Look at big Corps building an ugly skyskraper years ago next to Independence Hall in Philadelphia when it could have been a park to honor the Constitution with greenery and recreation. No,big Corps always get their Way and huge EGO too.
