Horrible products. I spent 2900 for 2 of their systems and neither on of them worked as well as they A1 claimed they did. I have serious allergy's and so I cant be wasting my time and money on low end products or I am going to be miserable. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

I received their "Play 3 Hands of Blackjack" card in today's paper in the Q.C. I supposedly have won $1,000. Nice if it were true! I'm not bothering to call about it because I don't want to buy an air purifier. I'm smart enough to know, my $1,000 winning would most likely be applied towards one of their products. What a scam.

I have tried several times to get the filters that I was promised when I bought the air cleaner and vaccuum cleaner. No one has returned my calls.

I beg to differ, I used both of the products with great success, when I walk into the room it smells cleaner and fresher, I feel it does work as well as stated

i got the black jack card in my local newspaper. i won a thousand dollars which they applied toward an air filtration system. it broke within 2 days. they came out and repaired it after numerous phone calls trying to contact them with no avail. the second time i had problems i finally was contacted a week and a half later by a representative who said they would gladly take care of any problems that i had yet with my product. it took two more phone calls to get someone out here. alas it didnt work like it did when it was first put in. i think they are scamming the public with this black jack game. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING. unless you really need an mp3 player.

We received the same Black Jack card, I have actually bought many products this way. I owned a Kirby for years, and that is the way that I bought it. I recently had a much worse experience with this current company. The gentleman who came into our house and did our demo was answering his phone, from family members while he was supposed to be talking with my husband and I. I have never met such a cocky, and brass individual in all of my life. My husband I went with the products anyway (My son has bad asthma). The salesman told us our prize would be shipped to us, not the case I guess. I called the company and made a complaint, then they said that our MP3 player would be sent out. The guy came back the next week, and took our products, it was a credit based decision. He came without any call or notification, and told me that our credit was bad. I find that hard to believe when we both have good credit scores. Anyway, not only was he rude to me, he barked orders at me in my own home, and he never asked us if we had any other options of financing. We do have a savings account, which we were going to use if credit was not an option. He was so rude to me, that I actually called my husband at work and started crying to him about the way that this man treated me. My husband was livid, and actually thought about going to Dubuque to speak with his boss. I do not think that the products are bad, they were actually very nice products. I would however only hope that no one gets Brian, as a salesman. I will be calling Kirby soon, I am sure that they will be professional and it will be the same quality product that I have come to love.

Every person has an excuse when they cant get something they want. My kids are the exact same way. Dont feel bad your not the only adult who likes drama like a teenager. Everyone who is in business wants to make money. Even if this company would have made $25 of this sale they would have took it. Your credit has got to be worse than a bus full of children driving off a cliff if you were declined credit, I mean even i got accepted. No company just decides they dont wanna make money today. Sorry lady but you must have been DECLINED, so start paying your bills and you wont have this problem.
