DeLeon's Internet Services SUCK

Cebridge aka Rapid Cable aka Reach Broadband is the most pathetic internet service in the United States. Anyone who has it knows that it goes off for 2 or 3 days at a time on a regular basis. CCTC sucks just as much and is a ripoff. Will DeLeon ever get out of the Stone Ages and be able to join the modern world? I think that 2 tin cans and some string might work better.

Im pretty sure they kept changing their name to avoid legal troubles. A lot of people dont like them.

Reach broadband internet went down last night at 7:30 and was off all night. Just another normal day for Reach Broadband in DeLeon!

It went off again yesterday.

They tried to tell us that our connection was slow because we ran four computers off one modem and router. Funny it running real slow now and only one computer is running. Also the internet resetting is something wrong with our router and not their service.

NOPE, your 100% right, they keep getting sued.

What's up with Nat Geo channel 21? White lines and an intermittent static and buzzing sound. It has been this way as long as I can remember.

Not to mention the TV cable! Last Thursday nite, it went out right at 7pm prime time. Missed Big Brother and other shows I keep up with. I bet the cable was running just fine out in Arp, Texas!

The tv cable has been going on and off all day today so far.

You get better reception, picture quality through Dish or Directv than you do with the cable in DeLeon.
My parents had cable and it was worse on a clear sunny day than my Directv on a completely overcast day.

What's up with CNN? Both of their channels go off the air all the time. And what's up with channel 3 and all those code numbers all over the screen? The cable really does suck.

The city needs to get Deleon another cable provider. The picture goes on and off every day and there's crap all over the screen.

This morning I called Cebridge aka Rapid Cable aka Reach Broadband or What-Ever-Name that they decided to use and hide behind to complain about the extra crappy service we have had in the last weeks. Now I am saying EXTRA CRAPPY SERVICE, because their service has always been crappy its just been alot worse lately. I was informed by the rude as normal answering service that as of Dec 1st they no longer owed De Leon's lines. Now Alliance at 1-800-842-8160 owns them.

I wish this was good news, but as history has proven its self more then likely it's another one of Cebridge aka Rapid Cable aka Reach Broadband or What-Ever-Name way of hiding to get out of another law suit. But then maybe this is a real company that does care about their customer's and the service that they provide.
