So the worker has to sue the work place to pay for the bills. Because he is uninsured & makes $6.80+ after taxes. It's kind of like working at GP, they will let you work but push you out before you can get on with benefits etc. Then after all this, they stand around at something like a Tea Party with their $30,000 Truck etc to gripe over cost of healthcare like less than their truck. The cost of med is going down. All of this overages on data, concerns was no issue for all this time until now! Employers don't decide what doctor you go to and you don't sue your employer, you sue the work comp insurance company. "It's like do something or do without." That's exactly what it's like and should be! Unless you're disabled, you should work for what you get, or do without.

The economy runs on people that buys things. You can make it but can they afford it? What would happen if no one could afford a Ford? We will have no fords! Thats why they are scared to get a Independent suspension in the back of the Mustang, "it will raise the cost of the car." Consumers set the price! If they can't afford it, they will not buy it so the cost of it will go down.
So if you don't like the price of something don't buy it. Stop feeding the greed, keeping the price up.

Democrats in the Government has been so successful in creating dependency that we do really now have about half the country ready to embrace whatever authoritarian socialism comes their way so long as the checks keep showing up. Half the healthcare in this country is provided by the government. 43+ million people are on food stamps, and another 50 million are on retirement or disability Social Security. 20 million people directly work for the government.
Making an honest living is rapidly becoming a losing proposition in this country. Your wages are taxed and inflated away, and your labor is collateral on a skyrocketing debt. When the credit cards get cut up, it's going to be war between the producers and the moochers. The public employee union battles are just the beginning to the end of America as we have always known it.
Government does not produce wealth, and redistributing the wealth that others have produced, as Marxists do, does not create new wealth. What taxing the productive (the "rich" in Obama speak) does is to reduce the amount of investment capital available to create new wealth. Right now there is some $2 trillion in potential investment capital sitting on the sidelines waiting to see what tax and regulatory burdens the Marxists are going to impose next. You can expect a large piece of that potential investment capital to go overseas in search of better investment opportunities. There is no hope of economic recovery until investors are convinced that their risk-taking is worthwhile.
You’ve been conned into thinking that we can fund a massive government on the backs of the rich. This is simply not so. It’s not working today and it’s not going to happen in the future. We cannot tax the rich enough to pay off our debt or even enough to keep the government going long-term. Even if we could, the rich have the resources to flee the country for greener pastures if they’re being taxed into oblivion. The middle class? Not so much.
What that means is the more desperate the government gets, the more the average American is going to be hammered with new taxes. How much more of your income can you afford to send overseas to pay China for the money they’ve loaned us to keep PBS, Planned Parenthood, and the National Endowment of the Arts going? What about if the country goes bankrupt and your income tax rate shoots up to fifty percent? How are you going to pay your mortgage? How are you going to feed your kids? When the government runs out of cash and it can’t borrow any more money, then it will start leveling massive taxes on the American people.
If the government goes bankrupt, you’ll have an extremely angry, confused, and frustrated populace that has little faith in its leaders combined with a horrific economy and a reduced ability of the government to keep order. Under those circumstances, widespread rioting and violent crime seem entirely plausible.
Contrary to what some people believe, Medicare and Social Security are paid out of the same fund that pays for everything else. In other words, if the government goes bankrupt, there is no money set aside to pay for these programs. So, if you’re receiving Social Security, Medicare, welfare, food stamps, or any other similar programs, those checks could stop or be slashed down to nothing. That seems unthinkable to people, but if the government doesn’t have any money, then it can’t pay it out to people. As they say,“You can’t get blood out of a turnip.” The banking crises was nothing compared to a complete meltdown of the US economy.

There are 50 million uninsured & about 46+ million on food stamps. Thats 50 million people with no money, how are they going to start up the economy? How many low paying new jobs do we have this month? What will 50 million poor do to your co-payment being uninsured. Shouldin't we do something about it?
Or go back to the 1950's Where life was good if you where white!

What the right neglects to mention constantly, is that the Rockefellers, the Vanderbilts and billionaires of those days were taxed at 90%. Of course they ducked much of those taxes and ended up paying an effective rate of about 50%. It didn't stop them from becoming the richest families in the world. Today they are claimed to be taxed at 38% just like everyone else but wind up paying an effective rate of about 11% while you and I pay the 38%. That's the bottom line. People Like Packing Heat constantly snivel about "the redistribution of wealth" when the truth is by every accounting known to man the past 20 years the only redistribution of wealth has been the ultra rich taking from everyone else. The man is an idiot.

Trust me they have the means to flee this country and I laugh my ass off everytime one does it. You leeching liberals don't stand a chance, LMAO! It has served me very well since 2006. Just watch and see if you don't believe it.

It is pre-tax dollars that pays my premiums. Keep acting like you know everything sugarcakes, but you obviously don't :) I guess you don't know that your tax form will be different after Obamacare. Based on your income it will be calculated differently and reported differently than in the past till 2015 a full tax year after Obamacare is completely activated. Or they may have a separate form to figure your healthcare expenses and deductions with another instructions on how to fill it out. I guess I am more informed than you. Plus I used to work for the IRS.

Or think that I won't advocate for people that have MS that are not in better financial shape than me or the ones that were diagnosed before they had insurance and can't get it. Or be quite about the insurance company ripping me off when I wasn't seeing a doctor or taking medicine for my MS. Not all of us are like your daughter in law, Nurse Ratchet.

I guess I am more informed than you. Plus I used to work for the IRS. Nope. My status of my healthcare ins won't change. I don't pay taxes on the money used for our benefits, which include vision, dental, life, disability, and healthcare savings account, before it comes out of the check and can't claim the premiums bc I didn't pay taxes on it in the 1st place mrs IRS agent. And I should never be able to since I didn't pay for it in the 1st place
