What the right neglects to mention constantly, is that the Rockefellers, the Vanderbilts and billionaires of those days were taxed at 90%. Of course they ducked much of those taxes and ended up paying an effective rate of about 50%. It didn't stop them from becoming the richest families in the world. Today they are claimed to be taxed at 38% just like everyone else but wind up paying an effective rate of about 11% while you and I pay the 38%.

That's the bottom line. People Like Packing Heat constantly snivel about "the redistribution of wealth" when the truth is by every accounting known to man the past 20 years the only redistribution of wealth has been the ultra rich taking from everyone else. The man is an idiot.

Nope. My status of my healthcare ins won't change. I don't pay taxes on the money used for our benefits, which include vision, dental, life, disability, and healthcare savings account, before it comes out of the check and can't claim the premiums bc I didn't pay taxes on it in the 1st place mrs IRS agent. And I should never be able to since I didn't pay for it in the 1st place
