Hey Robinson. This is Timmy & Brians cousin, I'm also cousin to Jamie Parttridge. Hell I'm related to at least 1/2 of the people in Drew.. And I too lived on the same penatentiary that Jamie lived on. So let me just say I AGREE 100 % with what Jamie said about YOUR FRINED. HE WILL BE SORRY. The Haynes family is well known around there, even the people at parchman know the Haynes family. So either way you look at it, YOUR FRIEND will be SORRY that he did what he did. TAKING THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS IS "NEVER" the answer.
YOUR FRIEND will DESERVE EVERYTHING HE GETS.. I'm a paralegal, and you can BET that I will be looking up the laws in similar cases to MAKE SURE YOUR FRIEND GETS THE MAXIMUM sentence he deserves..

I too am a HAYNES and I do not agree with the Parttridge or Woods. The Haynes relies on the Law to to their job and the Haynes keeps their mouths shut. To Timmy and to Gena, Tommy and I are praying for the best.

Hey robinson how about I come over and ride my 4 wheeler on your land and you try to teach me some respect.Dont ever speak that way about my cousin.It doesnt matter that brian was trespassing that p*ssy Thompson pulled a gun and shot a man.That makes me believe he has something to hideout there.Normal people dont shoot people for no reason.Maybe Thompson had drugs or something else worth hiding? I am Gina's sister, just talked to her, and she said Brian is back on the resparator, had taken him off yesterday, but last night he needed to be put back on, some swelling has gone down, when they mess with him he does get agitated. Still about the same. Keep them in your prayers,Gina's mom is staying at my house in Ar. Ashley and Allen are also with me. They are doing fine.

Just talked to Scott, they had just finished a visit with Brian, was cut a little short, they were taking him up to do a MRI. Scott said that he was moving his toes and fingers a little more as they have cut back a little on his medicine to keep him calm. Said that Brian looked alot better, Will keep you posted if I hear more.

Just spoke to my Cousin Timmy Haynes, Brian's dad. IT'S TRUE, the SHOOTER HAS BEEN RELEASED ON BOND on one account, he has been charged on two accounts. ALL I CAN SAY IS "HE BETTER WATCH OVER HIS SHOULDER" at ALL times

I am talking to Gina right now and she thanks everyone for their calls, prayers, and support. We have so much to be thankful for, Brian is still with us, and Brian is a survivor. Let's try to keep the info upbeat and forget the negative comments, they sure don't help a thing. Please keep Daisy in your thoughts and prayers, its hard for a 3 year old to understand how sick her Daddy is and where he is at.

Thats bullcrap. Adam was nothing but a little pussy if he had to use a gun .He went looking for trouble well now hes got it. I know what comes around will go around. And yes i am so sure he will get what hes got coming to him and his little bitch too. He has no ideal just how many relatives Brian has. He made the biggest mistake of his life.

I understand the Haynes family im wanting to get back at Adam but dont you think if you do that then you will end up in jail just like he did. Is that worth it, then people will be talking about you just like you are talking about him. Why not just let the courts take care of Thomson

No one said they were going to shoot him like he did Brian.. We just are saying WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND.
And god will see too it that he gets what hes got coming to him.Now dont you think Adam should of done the same.

It's a tragedy to hear this about this young man and in a way I can understand the shooter's anger, but putting a gun to his head is a little over board. What gets me is to hear someone post about the cowardness of "putting the law in his own hands" from one poster and then say how Adam is a dead man in another post. Sounds like a double standard to me. By the way, if he has a hemorrhage then he is actively bleeding. If he clotted then he is improving. They probably are giving him IV steroids to reduce the inflammation in order to reduce the chances for further damage to the brain.

We have been following the posts here at Jayson Jones Ford to get updated on Brian's condition. We just want all his family and him to know that we are pulling for him and he is in our prayers.

ROBINSON check it out i see ur from byram well im from jackson and ive known brian for a long time so if u feel u want to back ur feelings up ill drive 10 miles down the road to ur house and let u get the chance to see if u want to take the law into ur own hands too but i think u'll change ur mind were waitin on appologies or a place i can meet u at!!!!!!!!!!

But how can say its double standard when one boy is fighting for his life and another is walking around free. Yes he was a coward,he couldn't fight like a man no he took a gun and got into his truck and came after him.. He could of called the law . If he was so darn scared for his life,why the heck didn't he stay at home? You don't shoot someone cause they tore up some dam grass.
