ew james has great meat...all natural...chicken is very good to...much better than walmart..they do not have any competition so you have to watch what you buy or when you buy it I should say..but all in all it could be worse...where did you move from...nice area here for the most part..

Pleas overlook the idiots on here, and welcome to the area. EWs meats are alright, but if you have a certain cut in mind call Damrons a little high on price but pretty good. There is a Kroger in Paris if you still want to shop there. Good Luck and enjoy.

as far as the produce thats not so good they keep it to wet ,,, the meats are ok just need more of a choice , it,s cheaper then wal mart not by much,my can goods and stuff like that i do get from wal mart b/c of my choice of brands. but really ppl don,t have much of a choice but at least the employes there are nice and helpfull. exspecial the older little man haven.t seen for awhile he,s always smiling and so helpfull. there teens there are very respectfull unlike some places i have been. so way too go to the nice employees thank you.

you might want to watch for label changing on meat.(know what your buying)you may think you are getting the top grade meats at a realy good price but you are just getting a lower grade at regular or even higher.due to brand name labeling.and you dont have to take my word for it just look for your self.

A good way to ck to see if the meat is old or it came from an old animal is to bring it out from under the meat lights into walkway. If the meat is or has a brownish tint, it means it old, has air in the pkg'ing, or from an older animal. If it is pink or pinkish it's fairly fresh and from a young animal. This is really a good way to ck on pork, especially bacon. Use to work at a meat pkg'ing place so I know the difference.

All the people in the store are very nice and helpful. Prices are rising on everything so......James is still there but i wish Mark was still at the Dresden store i really liked him. The Coke and Frito Lay guys in there are pretty cute too lol.
